Page Builder v1 Overview (Legacy)

With Limio, marketers can change the visuals of their campaign splash page through the Page Builder.

The Page Builder works with 'components' which are pre-built sections which provide a set of functionality, like a hero banner, an offer display, or a Youtube video. To see a list of available Limio components, check our user guide -

Adding a new component

Just search for a component and drag & drop the component onto the page. You can drag components up and down to re-arrange them within the page.

Then go to the campaign where you copied the component to and you will be able to make changes to it there. Custom styling will be automatically ported over.

⚠️ Note: Custom styling related to the component and automatically generated by Limio will be automatically copied into the new campaign. Note that the imported custom styling may clash with the existing styling on the new campaign, especially if you are using the same component in multiple places. Go to Style > Show Style Code and search for component classes to review. Moreover, custom CSS that has been manually typed for certain classes related to the component in the Style > Show Style Code in the old campaign will not be automatically ported over in the new campaign. You will need to manually copy your custom CSS code into the new campaign. If you need all styling to be imported, please duplicate the campaign using the Duplicate Current feature. All styling will then be imported.

Page Reference

If you already had an existing campaign with a landing page that you wanted to use for your current campaign, the Page Reference button at the top of the Page Builder allows you to reference that existing page.

Step 1 - Select Page Reference > Add page reference

Note: Adding a page reference will erase existing page style and content of the Page Builder, but will keep the Campaign Offers, Attributes, Attachments and Journeys.

⚠️ Note: You will need to make sure that the Campaign Page you are trying to Reference already has a , otherwise the build may not succeed.

Step 4 - Preview how it will look > Save

And there you have it - you have successfully referenced another campaign's page.

Step 5 - A referenced campaign will then need to be built, then published individually. In other words, if you have rebuilt and published the original 'parent' (reference) campaign, you will still need to rebuild and publish all the 'children' (referencing) campaigns.

Finally, if you wish to remove the reference, type on Remove reference.

⚠️ Note: If you remove an existing reference, you will automatically lose all styling and components of the page and start over with a blank page.
