Data analytics improvements

The data layer has been extended to capture additional information like offer name, SKU, quantity, and term for the add_to_cart, remove_from_cart, begin_checkout, and order actions.

New Journey Type: Cookie Exists

There is a new journey condition type called Cookie Exists. Users can input the name of the cookie, which can help create journeys based on whether or not a user is logged in or not.

Improved error handling in Customer Table component

There is a new property on the Customer Table component with the label Error Message. This property can be used to control what the customer sees if they access a page with the Customer Table component on it, but have no subscriptions. Previously, the customer would only see an API failure response.

New phone number validation for Single Page Checkout and Customer Table components

Users can now set validation rules on phone numbers entered on the Single Page Checkout and Customer Table components. The validation rules can be created with regex in the Localisation Settings.

FAQ Banner component now more accessible

New properties have been added to the FAQ Banner component to help with accessibility. If the “Show FAQ highlight?” toggle is enabled, then an FAQ entry will be highlighted when the mouse hovers over it or when a customer tabs to it.

Customers can change delivery address when switching to bundle with physical offer

It’s now even easier for customers to switch to a new subscription, especially when switching to a bundle. If the subscription a customer is switching to contains a physical offer (whether standalone or bundle), customers will be able to update their delivery address. This change was made to the Switch Subscription component.

Bug Fixes

Cannot reorder Offers in Campaigns

In the Offers tab under Campaigns, users could not reorder the list of Offers using the up and down arrows. This has now been resolved in this release.

Payment frequency and price not displayed in Subscription Description and Subscription Info components for offers with multiple terms

If a customer viewed an offer with multiple terms (for example, a one off price followed by a different recurring price) in the Subscription Description or Subscription Info components, the price displayed as the first term only and the payment frequency appeared incorrectly. This has now been resolved in this release.

Customers shown confirmation page on gift checkout even if the payment is unsuccessful

If a customer tried to purchase a gift and the pre-authorisation was successful but the Zuora payment collection was unsuccessful, the customer would see the order confirmation screen. Now, the customer should see an error message in this scenario.

Limio Basket cookie not clearing on order complete and user logout

If a customer completed an order or logged out, the Limio Basket cookie was not clearing. This is now resolved in this release.

Unable to redeem gift subscriptions or create US subscriptions through Limio for Salesforce

Users of Limio for Salesforce were unable to redeem gift subscriptions in any region for customers or make new subscription orders for US customers. This is now resolved in this release.

Payment Method blank on Order Confirmation component

After customers placed an order successfully and were shown the Order Confirmation component, the field showing the payment method used (eg Credit Card, Direct Debit, etc) was blank. This is now resolved in this release.

Bulk edit fails when headers are selected on Search Tab

If a user attempted to bulk update many campaigns or offers on the Search Tab by selecting headers, the bulk edit would fail. This is now resolved and users can select headers to select all then bulk update all entries.

Email validation issues on gift checkout

If a customer entered an invalid email during a gift checkout while using the Single Page Checkout component, the field would show green but the customer could not proceed. If a valid email address was entered but a date in the past was selected, the email field would contain an error message. These two issues are now resolved.

Payment Amount returned as undefinedundefined in Orders Table component

If a customer’s payment amount could not be retrieved from Zuora, the payment amount displayed as “undefinedundefined”. This issue is now resolved, and the payment amount displays as “Currently Unavailable” when it can’t be retrieved.
