Limio Release Notes - Release 60.0

New Features and Improvements

Zuora Advance Payment Manager (APM) integration

With the introduction of within Limio we are now able to service our clients with various new use cases like Multiple Subscriptions on one account and more flexibility in handling billing details and customer subscription information.

Multiple Subscriptions on 1 Account

After setting up Zuora APM within Limio we are now able to support multiple subscriptions on one Zuora account. This opens up a lot of value for both Marketers and their customers as subscription management becomes much simpler and streamlined.

Advance Switching Rules

With advance switching rules it is now possible to show your customers only the offers that they qualify for. Partnered with our new Toxic Subscriptions feature, Marketers are now in a much better position to increase their value proposition to new and existing customers.

Checkout - Short Address

It is now possible to show addresses in short form in checkout. This new feature is driven by a loqate setting which, when enabled, will allow all whitelisted countries' addresses to be displayed in short form.

New Payment Method - Direct Debit

We have now enabled Direct Debit as a new payment method within Limio. Once you have configured your Zuora HPM page, it is easy to setup within the Zuora Settings section of the Limio app. For Zuora payment gateways please read:

Once enabled you are ready to add this new payment method to your offers.

Tax information - MMA & Switch

In certain countries it is important to show the tax information on subscriptions and therefore we have added a global setting to make that information available on Manage My Account and the Switch journey. In Localisation settings within the app you will be able to see a new Tax area where you can easily toggle this feature on and off. You are also able to list which countries this information is valid for and this gives you all the flexibility you need.

Bug Fixes

AutoPay in Zuora

Previously when a customer card expired and have been updated, the AutoPay field in Zuora remained as false and didn't reset to true. This has now been fixed and resets AutoPay to true after the customer updates their payment details.

Redem a Gift - Complete Page

Redeem a gift end date is now being displayed correctly where before it showed the incorrect end date.
