Switch button not disabled after change has been made

If a customer had a pending account update to switch from one subscription to another, they could switch subscriptions again before the first pending update was confirmed. Instead, customers should not be able to switch subscriptions if any account updates are pending. The Switch Subscription button will now be disabled if a change is pending.

Incorrect price displayed when part payment is done

If a customer paid an invoice in multiple instalments, the Invoice component would always show the original amount due instead of the new amount due. This issue has been fixed in this release.
