Change Timing

LFS version: the column requires v14.10 or later. The filter requires v14.22 or later.

Change Timing tells the agent when an offer change takes effect: Immediate or End of term. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the term.

Switch it on

• Limio - Offers Catalog Table Config — add Change Timing as a column on the offer table.
• Limio - Offers Filtering Rule — add Change Timing as a filter.

Use records for the Update action. On Stripe orgs, the Cancel journey also uses the Update records when the agent offers a different offer.

How the filter works

The agent picks Immediate or End of term, and the offer table shows the matching offers. An offer that is neither an upgrade nor a downgrade shows for both values.
