Display Tax Exclusivity (Legacy)

In order to display that an offer is exclusive of tax throughout the subscription journey, currently Limio uses specific syntax.

Adding * on the display price adds message on the basket at checkout that indicates to the customer that the price is exclusive of tax.

However, this won't display it on the offer component.
