# Quote PDF Generation

Generates professional PDF quotes directly from Limio Quote records in Salesforce. The PDF includes Sold To contact and account, Bill To details, and a full breakdown of quote line items — viewable and downloadable from the Salesforce quote record itself.

## How it works

When a Limio Quote is created in Salesforce (either via Rep Led or Buy Now flows), the system can generate a formatted PDF that pulls all relevant data from the quote record: customer details, billing information, line items with pricing, charge types, and effective prices. The PDF is attached to the quote record and accessible directly from the Salesforce layout — no need to leave the CRM or format anything manually.

The template is configurable and has been iterated based on live customer feedback — including additions like Bill To fields and fixes for edge cases around currency handling and quote line item population timing.

## Why it matters

Replaces manual quote creation for sales-led deals. Sales teams can generate and send professional quotes without switching tools, copying data, or wrestling with document formatting. This extends Limio's value into the B2B sales workflow alongside the existing checkout flow.
