# Known Limitations: Reverse Cancellation Preview

### Reverse Cancellation Preview

Cancel journey allows to re-cancel an already cancelled subscription. However, Zuora Preview API cannot generate previews when amending subscriptions that have been previously cancelled. Note that as soon as a cancel has been created in Zuora, even if the effective cancellation date is in the future, the subscription will be in a state of cancelled in Zuora and the Zuora Preview API will **not** return any values.

In the Limio for Salesforce managed package version **12.18** or higher, Limio Order Total flow component generates a specific error message for this case:

> "Could not calculate total at this time. Reason: preview is not available when amending a cancelled subscription. Please proceed with the transaction."
