# Filters Configuration Tool for Offers Table

**LFS Version requirement:** v13.28 or later

###

What is the Filters Configuration tool?

The **Filters Configuration** tool enables Limio for Salesforce admins to configure which offer attributes are visible as filters in the Offers Table and in the Offer Filtering Rules tool. Admins can create configurations that apply to one or more actions (e.g., Switch, Cancel/Save), ensuring only relevant attributes are available for CSRs.

This replaces the need to manually hide attributes in each individual Offer Filtering Rule, reducing maintenance overhead for admins.

### When should I use it?

You should use this tool if:

* Your CSRs are overwhelmed by too many filter options in the Offers Table.
* Many of the visible offer attributes are irrelevant for specific assisted sales actions.
* You want to centralise the filter configuration process to avoid having to manage attribute visibility in dozens of Offer Filtering Rules.

### How to use the Filters Configuration tool

1. **Go to** the **Filters Configuration** tool.<br>

2. **Click** on **Create new filter configuration**.
3. **Fill in the form:**
   * **Name:** Required. Give your configuration a clear name.
   * **Actions:** Select one or more assisted sales actions. You cannot use an action that is already assigned to another configuration.
4. **Select attributes:**
   * All out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom attributes (where [*Hide in Limio for Salesforce*](https://docs.limio.com/product/settings/config-settings/templates-and-custom-attributes) is **false**) will be listed.
   * Check the attributes you want visible. Unchecked attributes will be hidden.<br>

5. **Resolve conflicts:**
   * If any unchecked attributes are currently used in Offer Filtering Rules for the selected actions, those rules will appear under **Affected Rules**.
   * You must resolve these conflicts (by re-selecting the attribute or editing the rule) before saving.<br>

6. **Click Save.**
   * Saving is blocked until all affected rules are resolved.

### What happens after saving?

* For the selected actions, **unchecked attributes will no longer appear**:
  * In the **Offers Table** filter dropdown.
  * In the **Offer Filtering Rules** configuration panel.
* This applies across **all versions** of the Offers Table, including acquisition and Manage Subscriptions flows.

***Notes***:

* You **cannot save** a configuration:
  * Without a name.
  * Without at least one action selected.
  * If any selected action is already used in another configuration.
  * If affected rules have not been resolved.
* The **Offer Catalog Tables config** is **not affected** by this tool.
* Each rule listed in the **Affected Rules** panel is clickable and will open the corresponding Offer Filtering Rule.
