# Component: Form Builder

**Purpose:** The Form Builder is a flexible form that allows to collect information from a customer. It can be used in various context, for example to request a demo, request a cancellation, or request a purchase that a user is not entitled to.

It is customisable and can collect as many fields as necessary, as well as controlling placeholder information or whether a field is mandatory. It can also pull the subscription reference.

The form will send an email with all the information collected such as below to an email address defined within the Limio Settings.
